Hope you had an explosively exciting 4th of July! As the month continues and we get accustomed to a full five-day work week again, take some time and have a little fund with this week’s edition Market it Write Monday Madeleines. I hope you enjoy it and that you’ll find a few of these tasty tidbits worthy of sharing with your friends.
A Newbies Help Guide For Oolong Tea
Those who know me also know that I wouldn’t be able to resist a title like this. Yes, I have an appreciation for Oolong tea, as evidenced by my naming a personal blog The Oolong Inkwell, a community where writers celebrate the writing life. This post on the Loose Leaf Tea Review blog talks about the origin of Oolong, how it’s partially fermented and its benefits. The writing is a bit challenging to read (a non-native English writer, I suspect), but that’s okay. The subject is worth the effort if you enjoy tea. Thanks to @LooseTeaReview for bringing this post to our attention.

Video of the Week
Bialetti espresso maker commercial (Winn O’Donnell)
Since we mentioned tea earlier, we’d be remiss to ignore or espresso fans. We found this clever commercial video thanks to @stollemache (Sarah Tollemache, a stand up comic from Astoria, NY), whom we started following as a result of the earlier 18 Funny Women madeleine.
