The 15 Most Ridiculous Trademark Attempts Ever
Alana Horowitz over at Business Insider’s War Room, put together this collection of attempts to secure a trademark, including Donald Trump’s attempt to trademark “You’re fired!” and Jersey Shore’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s failed attempt to trademark her character’s name, Snooki.
